Founded by Marley Mozart
I'm an Information Technology Director with over a decade of experience working across multiple industries. I studied computer science and engineering in New York City, building my career step by step from early technical roles into leadership.
Over the years, I've seen how confusing and inaccessible tech careers can feel — especially at the beginning. This mentorship exists to provide clarity, structure, and honest guidance for people who want to explore or grow within tech.
Helping students, career switchers, and professionals build clear, intentional paths into technology.
Who This Is For
Whether you're just starting, starting over, or simply stuck — this mentorship meets you exactly where you are.
You're studying tech but not sure what comes next. Let's map out your path, sharpen your story, and help you land your first real opportunity in the field.
You've built experience in another field and now you want in. Your background is an asset — let's translate it into a tech career that makes sense.
You're navigating spaces that weren't always designed for you. Let's talk about finding your voice, building your confidence, and owning your seat at the table — because you've earned it.
A gap. A wrong turn. A setback. None of that disqualifies you. Let's reframe what happened and build a clear, honest path forward.
You're already in tech but you're not growing the way you expected. Let's look at what's holding you back and chart a path toward the next level.
How It Works
If you're interested in technology but unsure of your next step, this is where we start.
Every journey begins with a required 1:1 introductory session — free of charge. This is where we clarify where you are, where you want to go, and what next steps make sense.
Together we build a clear, personalized roadmap based on your background, goals, and timeline. No generic advice — just a plan that fits you.
Ongoing sessions, accountability, and honest feedback as you move through your journey. I'm in it with you — not just handing you a list and walking away.
Whether it's your first tech role, a promotion, or simply clarity — the goal is measurable forward movement. Then we keep going.
I work with people at different stages — from those exploring tech for the first time to those already in the field who want clearer direction.

Mentorship isn't one-size-fits-all. These are the areas where I provide the most direct value.
Understanding the tech landscape, identifying realistic entry points, and building a strategy that gets you there.
Learning to communicate your value confidently — in interviews, in the room, and in writing.
Honest assessment of where you are, what's missing, and the most efficient path to close the gap.
For those moving from IC roles into management — how to lead, build trust, and navigate new dynamics.
Resume, LinkedIn, interview prep, networking — a complete approach to landing the right role.
Reframing gaps, pivots, and setbacks into a compelling, honest narrative that moves you forward.
About the Founder
I stepped into technology leadership about eight years ago, leading a large and global team. Before that, I worked my way through early technical roles, learning the field from the ground up. That experience is why I can offer guidance that's practical, not theoretical.
My leadership style is built on empathy, flexibility, and a firm belief that people do their best work when they're seen, supported, and given room to lead themselves.
That experience is why I built The Real Silicon Alley — a community for people who want honest, practical guidance on breaking into and growing within tech. No gatekeeping. No generic advice. Just real paths forward.
